Heat loss calculations, cylinder sizing, distribution layout, designed for the building, not from a template.

First fix
Pipework, drainage, vents and chases laid out cleanly before plaster goes on. Tidy is faster downstream.

Second fix
Fixtures, boilers, cylinders, valves and controls. Tested as we go, not all at the end.

Underfloor heating
Wet UFH manifolds, weather-compensated controls and zoning that actually responds to the building.

Unvented cylinders
G3 registered installation and commissioning, with full paperwork at handover.

Gas Safe & compliant
Gas, unvented and water regs, all certified. Benchmark commissioning included.

Precise from survey to handover.
01
Design review
We work with your drawings (or draw with you) to lock in system type, cylinder size, zoning and routing before first fix.

First fix
Soil, waste, hot, cold, gas and UFH pipework installed and pressure-tested before boarding.

Second fix
Suite, boiler, cylinder, controls, valves and brassware. Aesthetically tidy as well as functionally right.
04
Commissioning
Pressure tests, flow rates, benchmark, gas safety records and balance to design spec.
05
Handover
Certificates, schematics and a walkthrough. Everything the homeowner or buyer needs for warranty and resale.

Do you take on single new builds as well as developments?

Yes, from one-off self-builds and barn conversions through to multi-unit residential developments. Our process scales either way.
Can you handle system design from scratch?

Yes. We size the heating and hot water systems to the building, the insulation and how the home will actually be used, not a generic spec.
Are you Gas Safe and compliant with current regulations?
+
Yes. All gas work is Gas Safe registered. Plumbing, heating and unvented cylinders are installed to current Building Regulations and certified accordingly.
Do you carry out underfloor heating?

Yes, wet UFH for ground floors, retrofit overlay systems and combined UFH + rads with weather-compensated controls.
What documents do we get at handover?

Benchmark commissioning, unvented certificates, gas safety records, system schematics and a workmanship guarantee, everything you'll need at sale or warranty.
